Meet the founders behind Clarivexa

Tabitha is a lawyer and legal researcher working at the intersection of law, technology and human rights. Her practice spans AI governance, tech law, data protection and privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property and green tech. She has contributed to global initiatives on digital rights and responsible AI through roles at Amnesty International, Stop Ecocide International, the Judiciary of Kenya and as a UNESCO Women4Ethical AI (Dior) mentee. At Clarivexa she leads product and compliance strategy — translating obligations from ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR and the Kenya Data Protection Act into agent workflows customers can actually run.

Samuel is a technologist and information security practitioner with 8+ years across IT security consulting, information systems audit and security engineering — including roles at Fraqtions (Team Lead), ECHT Environmental Services, Kairos Vision Consult and Loomisoft Engineering. His current research focuses on AI policy, data governance and the governance of AI-driven synthetic media, applying ISO 42001 to give African builders and users of AI the structure, accountability and context they need. At Clarivexa he leads engineering — architecting the agent runtime, the human-in-the-loop review chain and the security foundations behind every AI-drafted policy and evidence artifact.
